Good afternoon Tom,

Thanks for contacting us with your inquiries.

The system uses the e-mail addresses that are in the club directory, so the
emails are being sent to the correct accounts.

The problem could be that those members have their security set high, in
which case settings would need to be altered. Please have them check for
anti-spam software, and make sure that their email account is allowing them
to receive email from ClubRunner (

To do this, please have them add or our IP address
of to their list of allowed senders (or Safe List). This
would be through their email account, whether online or on MS Outlook. This
may need to be done on any third party software such as Internet Security or
Spam filters.

Here are the instructions on Outlook:

Click on Tools -> Options
Under the Preferences tab, press the Junk Email button
Click on the Safe Senders tab
Press the Add button
type in then OK
Press OK, then OK again

Once this is done, emails from should be received

If you are looking for a list that includes all of your club's members you
don't have to use the custom list. There is an option called Club Members,
everyone is included on there. Should you prefer to use the custom list
though you can add members by following these steps:

-Login and go to the Admin tab as usual
-Click on Email Message Centre
-At the top of the page in the middle you will see 'Distribution List',
click on that
-To the right of the list name you will see the word 'list', click on that
-At the top right hand side, you will see 'Add to list', click on that
-Select the persons you would like to add and click 'Add To List'

Feel free to contact us should you have any additional questions.
